Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.

Returns

Returns may be accepted on eligible physical products that are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for contacting us before sending any return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

- Printable products

- Personalized items

- Items that have been used or washed

- Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
